FurnitureByJDM.com: Hello. Best size of the mattress for this kind of beds is 200 x 90 x 10-15 cm. I think IKEA has good offer for that kind of mattress.
Customer: What is the full length with the cupboard door open?
FurnitureByJDM.com: You can work it out from the blue print on the listings where all detailed measurements are.. The full length when the side door is open is 287cm
Customer: Hi will this be suitable for 6ft teen?
FurnitureByJDM.com: : This bed is designed for up to 80kg weight. 6ft teen may be a bit too tall for this kind of beds. Also mattress size is 80cm x 200cm so it may be a bit uncomfortable for taller kids.. up to you though :))
Customer: Is it possible to expedite the delivery date by a few days?
FurnitureByJDM.com: Production takes 2-3 weeks and sorting out delivery 1-2 weeks. If all goes straightforward then I able to deliver within 3 weeks. So far it has never taken me longer then 4 weeks.
Customer: Do you make this in white?
FurnitureByJDM.com: Completely white unfortunately not
Customer: Can you hang clothes in the wardrobe or it has space only for folded clothes?
FurnitureByJDM.com:As blueprint indicates – yes there is hanging rail inside the wardrobe

Customer: What size / depth mattress would you recommend using for this bed – so that it still closes with the mattress and sheet on?
FurnitureByJDM.com: Hello. Best mattress for this bed is 15 cm thick. Then bedding do not make a problem to close it.
Customer: I have a ~24cm deep mattress would it work?
FurnitureByJDM.com: Hello. It will but you will have much less space inside for bedding
Customer: My mattress is 20cm height. Would it fit?
FurnitureByJDM.com: It would. But best one is 15cm thick.

Yes. In normal instance we can produce your order within 2-3 weeks but transport needs up to 14 days for delivery. If you are one of the first drops of the transport route then you will get your order much faster. .

I am really sorry I wish I could deliver any order to any offshore islands but due to its cost we cannot.
I know customers from Guernsey or Jersey use forwarder services from Southampton or Portsmouth. It is okay with us but I would like to point out the fact that 8 deliveries out of 10 were delivered damaged. Obviously we do not take any responsibility for that. We can replace any damage part but in this case that will cost the customer.

It is only the driver’s good will. In most cases the transport does not do it for the simple reason. The drivers are not insured against any damage to your premises or personal injury while performing lifting packages to your apartment. Therefore delivery ONLY to the first door of your premises. I strongly recommend arranging for 2 strong adults to lift your order (flat-packed) to its final destination in your house, flat or apartment.

There is nothing we can do about it and it is never free. The others hide it in the price. Your order need to be delivered lying on a flat space (due to its nature. Also the furniture is in flat-packed packages) quite often it takes up 3 pallet spaces. More over we are charged per its weight by the transport. They in turn are limited by vans/vehicles carriage weight limits. Petrol cost and drivers salaries, cost of transport licenses and overnight accommodation for drivers in Franc are not for free neither. All that creates the price of delivery.
Subject: Part replacement

No problem. Please do not worry. Take the picture of it and send it to us. Also please identify the damaged part with the assembly instruction and let us know what part it is. This way we will for sure know what needs to be replaced. Obviously we will replace it under 12 months guarantee for free. If the part is small enough for commercial couriers (DHL, DPD or GLS etc) we will cut new one and we will ship it to you as soon as possible. (Tracking number will be provided) If however f the part is too big for commercial couriers then we will cut new one and we will ship it to you by private transport specializing in delivering furniture which we cooperate with. All information will also be sent to you by email.

No problem. If the product is unused, unopened and in resalable condition please provide us with your order number and we will arrange for collection directly from you. Once returned and inspected the refund will be issued within 2-3 days diminished by delivery cost back to your source of payment.

Please provide us with the order reference and we will cancel your order. If your order has not yet been delivered to you we will issue a full refund and if your order has already been delivered to you we need to get it back first (in resalable condition in its original packaging) to issue a refund diminished by deliver cost. Your order has not been dispatched to you so no worries the full refund will be issued within 2-3 days back to your source of payment.
